I have been fortunate enough to have worked with Agility for some time now, and there have been many occasions where the staff have gone that extra mile for me when needed.
One occasion I particularly remember was a weekend where a member of my staff was attending a training course on the Monday morning quite early, and a car was to be delivered to his home address on the Saturday morning in preparation for this.
Unfortunately the delivery didn’t happen as planned, and so I rang Jacki Stevenson from Agility to see what could be done. Jacki spent most of her Sunday calling the delivery company and re-arranging for the car to be on site as promised in time for the course on the Monday morning.
This type of reaction and dedication to ensuring that their customers are happy is exactly what we originally signed up for and why we continue to stay with Agility.
